This has been confirmed to work on a [[https://www.yealink.com/de/product-detail/ip-phone-t46s|Yealink T46S]].

On the phone's web interface, navigate to "Directory" -> "LDAP" and fill out as follows -- example for "[[epvpn|EPVPN]]":
